Learn About Breathwork

Breathwork is a guided practice that employs simple yet powerful breathing exercises to calm the mind, reduce tension, and boost emotional well-being. By bringing focused attention to each inhale and exhale, participants learn to anchor themselves in the present moment and cultivate greater self-awareness.

After each guided breathing session, participants are invited to reflect on and share their experiences. This sense of openness fosters a supportive atmosphere where insights can be exchanged, personal growth is encouraged, and genuine connections are formed. Ultimately, Breathwork can serve as a lifelong tool to release stress, process emotions, and strengthen one’s mind-body connection.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Breathwork is, and will always be free.

Breathwork sessions are led by volunteer facilitators in different cities around the world. They are—and will remain—completely free to attend.

  • Attendees are welcome to donate to the foundation if they wish, but we never solicit donations or request payment for our programs.
  • All necessary materials and resources are provided at no cost by our facilitators. For those needing to rent a room or studio for an event, we offer a small stipend (up to $30 per session) to reimburse venue expenses.
  • We welcome facilitators from diverse backgrounds. However, if you have a history of addiction or substance abuse, we ask that you maintain a minimum of three months of sobriety prior to hosting Breathwork events. If you recently experienced a relapse or cannot continue hosting for any reason, please reach out so we can make appropriate arrangements.
