WHAT IS IT

Learn About Nature Retreats

Nature Retreats invite participants to step away from daily routines and immerse themselves in the tranquility of the outdoors. Through guided activities—such as nature walks, mindfulness exercises, and reflective journaling—attendees have the chance to reset their minds, bolster emotional health, and cultivate a sense of harmony with the environment.

Each retreat ends with an open forum for participants to share experiences, discoveries, and personal reflections. This communal aspect fosters connection, empathy, and mutual support, leading to deeper insights and lasting positive impact.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Nature Retreats are, and will always be free.

These retreats are organized by volunteer facilitators in various locations around the world, with no participation fees.

  • Attendees are welcome to donate to the foundation if they wish, but donations are never required.
  • Facilitators can request reimbursement—up to $30 per session—to help cover venue or minimal supply costs.
  • We welcome facilitators from all backgrounds. If you have a history of addiction or substance misuse, we ask for three months of sobriety before hosting. In the event of a relapse or if you need to pause your facilitation, please contact us so we can provide support and make alternative arrangements.
