WHAT IS IT

Learn about Yoga

Yoga is a guided practice combining mindful breathing, gentle stretches, and meditative focus. Through these methods, participants gain flexibility, release stress, and cultivate self-awareness. Each session invites individuals to explore various asanas (poses), discover their breathing rhythms, and find an inner sense of calm.

Upon concluding each session, participants are encouraged to share their experiences and reflections. In this supportive environment, personal insights emerge and a sense of community blossoms. Ultimately, Yoga empowers practitioners to carry its balance and harmony into daily life—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Yoga is, and will always be free.

Volunteer facilitators lead yoga sessions in different cities worldwide, and are entirely free of charge.

  • Attendees may donate to the foundation if they wish, but we never ask for fees or solicit donations.
  • Facilitators are provided with the basic resources needed to guide each session. If a facilitator needs to rent a venue, we can cover up to $30 in expenses per session.
  • We welcome facilitators from all backgrounds. If you have a history of addiction or substance misuse, we ask that you have at least three months of sobriety before hosting Yoga sessions. Should you experience a relapse or need to pause your facilitation for any reason, please contact us so we can assist.
