Darash Ahava Foundation Prepares Clinical Partnership Program to Bring Brushstrokes of Emotion® to U.S. Institutions

Published March 24, 2026

The Darash Ahava Foundation is preparing a clinical partnership program designed to bring Brushstrokes of Emotion® into hospitals, therapy clinics, and recovery centers across the United States, with certified arts therapists in India developing the academic curriculum and validation ahead of launch.

The Darash Ahava Foundation is preparing a clinical partnership program designed to eventually bring Brushstrokes of Emotion® into hospitals, therapy clinics, and recovery centers across the United States. The program has not yet launched, and Brushstrokes of Emotion® is not yet deployed in U.S. clinical settings.

The groundwork is being led from India, where certified arts-based therapists, including Lalithashree Ganesh, Head of Brushstrokes of Emotion® for India and Nepal, and facilitator Lavanya Krishnakumar, are working with industry experts to develop the academic curriculum and validation that a clinical program requires. That preparation will inform a future roadshow to U.S. institutions, which the Foundation has not yet begun.

Supporting the effort is LetsConnect.Art, the digital platform that administers and manages Brushstrokes of Emotion® classes and events globally. The platform is developed and operated by Recovery Through Resonance LLC, the Foundation's technology provider. It handles event management, facilitator training and certification, NGO and future institutional partners, and a global healing gallery where anyone in the world can connect with others through art and emotional expression, join classes led by approved facilitators, or register to train and become a certified facilitator.

When the clinical program does launch, it will offer licensed therapists and care organizations a pathway to integrate Brushstrokes of Emotion® within their lawful scope of practice, with the Foundation providing curriculum, training, certification, and ongoing licensing support. Clinical assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapeutic care would remain the responsibility of the licensed institution.

For a Foundation that believes healing belongs inside the institutions where people already seek care, building this program carefully, and on solid ground, is the work ahead.
